Group Fitness Classes:


TMPL Strength: (55 min.) Strength requires pushing the limit, raising the bar and challenging yourself. This class is geared towards building total body strength from head to toe and increasing lean muscle. TMPL Strength is low impact, full of variety and has minimal to no jumping.

KGB (killer glutes and back!) (45 min.) A strong back is not only sexy, it helps the body maintain posture. Studies show that people with good posture automatically look taller, leaner and more confident. After defining the muscles in your back, this class will also focus on sculpting the muscles in the rear (glutes, hamstrings and calves) from the waist down.

S.A.L.T: (45 min.) Sculpting Aerobic Lengthening Training. This class will challenge your body from every direction using bands, dumbbells and your own bodyweight. Combining strength elements with short bursts of aerobic training, this class will give you a lean burn that ultimately leaves your body looking lengthened and toned.

Circuit Confessional: (45 min.) If you’ve been a little naughty and are ready to confess you’re fitness sins, then you will love this total body sculpting class. Each Confessional is a circuit with a specific focus. Circuit training is one of the most effective ways to improve levels of muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. The result will give you a strong and sexy look.

ASSet Management: (30 min.) No surgery or shapewear required, this class will leave you feeling lifted and tucked in all the right places. Using elements of Barre, Pilates, and lower body strengthening, this class will define your legs and glutes.

AB-domination: (30 min.) Strengthen your core and achieve improved definition in your abdominals. Abs are not only for looking good. A strong core helps prevent injury and improve posture. This class will leave you with abs to worship!


HIIT Box: (45 min.) Cardio kickboxing is one of the most fun and effective ways to sweat, get lean and melt the fat away. HIIT Box is a mash up of cardio kick and HIIT style training. From pushups to punches, this class will have you building coordination and endurance, leaving you with a body for the gods.

HIIT The Floor!: (45 min.) During this intense and body transforming class, you will kickbox, jump, lift and ultimately HIIT The Floor! Get ready for a powerful boost to your metabolism that will prime your body to burn calories for up to 24 hours after class!


Street Jazz/Funk: (60 min.) Combining elements of jazz, hip hop and contemporary dance, this class will focus on fun and dynamic combinations that will challenge you to bring out that inner diva.

Thrash the Beat: (Cardio Dance) (50 min.) Enter a world where you can let it all go and leave your stress lying in a puddle of sweat! As the bass level rises, set yourself and the extra calories free. Dance Cardio is one of the most fun ways to exercise and transform your body.

Mind and Body

TMPL FLOW: (60 min.) Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, learn to take your practice to the next level. TMPL Flow uses traditional poses and transitions to build strength and gain flexibility. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to handle the stresses of urban living.

Cycle Studio:

Route 49 (45 min.) Come take a ride in our signature cycle class here at TMPL. You will feel the beat with every revolution as our instructors coach you on a journey that will blast calories while building endurance. On Route 49, the music takes center stage to give you a dynamic cycling experience.

THE TRIP: (40 min.) THE TRIP™ is a completely new cycling experience that uses digital projection on cinema size screens to create new worlds. You might climb the side of an impossibly steep glacier, chase futuristic riders, sprint across lava flows or ride through a space age city. THE TRIP creates a visual sense of purpose to your workout. By suspending belief, you stop thinking about the workout and push yourself further.

SPRINT: (30 min.) Take your training to the next level with a workout that’s all about quick results. This class is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you burn calories for hours after a good HIIT workout.

RPM: (45 min.) Find your rhythm in a cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. In this class, you are taken on a varied journey of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed, so you can build your training level over time.
